The Barrel Wave
A barrel wave is the moment just before a wave breaks. The wave builds momentum as it decides the type of wave it will become.
Decription
This picture is made using 10 different shades of blue and green acrylic paint combined with white acrylic paint. The colours were swirled to give the crashing effect of the wave. The picture is topped with 3 layers of resin combined with sand to represent the sea in its more natural state, picking up anything in its path and taking it on its journey to its final destination.
